Part-Time Key Lead (Masonville Place)

The Part-Time Key Lead at Knix’s Masonville Place location supports the day-to-day leadership of the store while delivering a welcoming, confidence-boosting experience for customers. The role helps open and grow the new store by guiding shoppers through fittings and purchases and embodying the Knix brand and mission. This position also contributes to building community through in-store events and maintaining an inclusive, upbeat environment for both customers and staff. The Key Lead works closely with Sales Associates and management to support store operations and performance.
