The Part-time Key Lead at Knix’s Ottawa retail store supports the in-store customer journey, from greeting through fitting to purchase, in a welcoming and inclusive environment. The role acts as a floor leader, helping guide the team and contribute to store operations and events. This position is central to representing the Knix brand and mission in-person, strengthening customer loyalty and community connection. It is a permanent part-time role based at the Rideau Street location in Ottawa.
