Part Time Kitchen Prep / Dishwasher

This part-time, seasonal role supports the Executive Chef by performing general food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables and fruits, handling food storage, and washing dishes. The position involves assisting cooks with placing prepared food in serving containers and trays, as well as maintaining the organization, cleaning, and sanitation of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. The role requires ensuring quality dishwashing duties and maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils in a clean and sanitized condition.
