Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Rosedale Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated, and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations at The Jefferson, a newly constructed multifamily community in Fayetteville, Arkansas. This position primarily works a half-day each Saturday with occasional weekday hours, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, conducting property tours, following up with leads, and assisting in converting prospects into signed leases. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently.
