Part-Time PRN Licensed Therapist

The Rite of Passage Team is seeking a Part-Time PRN Licensed Therapist to work at the Dermott Juvenile Treatment Center in Dermott, Arkansas. The therapist will provide clinical services to at‑risk young males ages 18‑21 in a structured, supportive environment. This role requires an Arkansas license (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT), a master’s degree, and the ability to meet background and driver requirements. The position offers a pay rate of $31.25 per hour for a 25‑hour work week.
