Assists in all aspects of the Service Department including unit inventory procedures, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and delivery orientation. May support customers with service or warranty repairs for boats, motors, trailers, or ATVs/UTVs and assist with parts and accessories sales. The role supports receiving, documentation, and dealership systems to ensure accurate unit tracking and customer handoffs.
