About this role
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) delivers skilled physical therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist, primarily providing in-home care for post-acute patients. The PTA educates patients and families, ensures patient safety, and completes timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and Medicare/Federal guidelines. The role follows the state scope of practice for licensed PTAs and supports care coordination across the care team.
