The therapist/social worker will provide clinical services to youth in the STEP Partial Hospitalization Program, including group, individual, and family therapy, documentation, and program integrity. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive short‑term stabilization and support clients transitioning to lower levels of outpatient care.
