The Participation Coordinator role focuses on growing Australian Rules football across Greater Sydney by delivering engaging programs and creating quality experiences for participants, schools, clubs, and communities. This position supports participation across Community Football, NAB AFL Auskick, NAB AFL Superkick, and AFL NINES, aiming to connect more children and young people with the game in safe and fun environments. The role involves coordinating and delivering participation programs, building relationships with local stakeholders, and supporting positive football and fan engagement experiences.
