Participation Coordinator

The Participation Coordinator role focuses on attracting, supporting, and retaining participants across NAB AFL Auskick, Community Football, School Football, and alternate formats. Working with schools, clubs, leagues, and community partners, the position coordinates quality programs to grow participation and create positive pathways into the game. The role involves managing relationships, recruiting coordinators, and delivering programs to support sustainable growth and positive participant experiences.
