The Partner, Community Initiatives will plan, design, and deliver capacity‑sharing and convening activities that strengthen partner readiness and collective action for systems change. Working remotely across Canada, the role collaborates with internal Systems Change teams and external immigrant‑led organizations to create inclusive learning experiences, manage logistics, and translate community insights into strategic recommendations.
