Partner Growth Lead

This role involves building and scaling the Partner Growth function from the ground up within a high-load international live-streaming platform, directly influencing acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The position requires owning the strategy, shaping processes, launching acquisition initiatives, and building relationships with creators and agencies. You will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities and scale successful initiatives across international markets.
