About this role

The Partner Integration Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for partners setting up and configuring integrations, including Single Sign-On, Reporting, and the Partner API. This role involves translating partner requirements into correctly set-up integrations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining deep knowledge of the partner reporting suite. The specialist also acts as a subject matter expert for internal teams, managing the integration support inbox and collecting feedback for the product team.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end partner integration processes from initial conversation through configuration and support
Configure and troubleshoot technical integrations including SSO, Reporting, and Partner API
Serve as subject matter expert for Key Account Managers and manage integration support inbox
