Partner Support Associate (Customer Support Representative)

The Partner Support Associate is a front-line role at Ansira focused on supporting local partners' use of the company's marketing platform and ensuring high standards of partner satisfaction and engagement. The position is based in Ansira’s Medellín, Colombia office and is full-time in-office with the possibility to transition to a hybrid arrangement based on performance and tenure. Shifts are 8.5 hours scheduled between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM with rotating schedules, and the role observes the US holiday schedule.
