This role involves providing outstanding customer service as a warm and friendly Partner, excelling in bar and restaurant operations while supporting other hotel departments to ensure an unrivalled guest experience. The position requires interacting with guests, sharing product knowledge, resolving queries, and upholding food hygiene and cleanliness standards. Additionally, the role includes payment handling, using PPE correctly, and contributing to continuous improvements within the department.
