Partnership & Engagement Coordinator

The Partnership & Engagement Coordinator leads audience engagement, partnership support, event coordination, and growth-support activities across the Global Leadership Institute and selected Employee & Program Development initiatives. This role serves as the bridge between strategy and audience engagement by translating complex organizational initiatives into clear, compelling, and actionable communications. The position is responsible for helping employees, partners, faculty members, learners, attendees, funders, affiliates, and external audiences understand, engage with, and support organizational priorities, learning opportunities, initiatives, products, services, and events.
