Partnership & Engagement Projects Manager

This part-time, hybrid role involves leading and developing volunteering partnerships and projects with Oxford University and its colleges to improve educational attainment and provide enrichment opportunities in deprived areas. The position requires managing staff and student volunteering initiatives, building relationships with institutional stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality project delivery and impact measurement. The role also includes line management of a Student Volunteering Co-ordinator and driving social impact through collaborative community programmes.
