About this role
The Church Partnership Facilitator is Compassion’s primary liaison to local churches along the Thai-Myanmar border, strengthening church ownership, capacity, and resources to minister to children and youth. The role supports church-led strategies, guides churches through partnership processes, and fosters respectful, trusting relationships with pastors and community leaders. The position operates independently on moderately complex projects and may coach other facilitators.
