About this role
The Partnership Facilitator II is Compassion’s primary liaison to local churches, strengthening church ownership and capacity for child and youth ministry in the Thai-Myanmar border area. Based in Maesod (Tak province), the role works independently on moderately complex projects and may coach other facilitators. The position requires regular travel across the cluster of churches and engagement with local communities.
