Partnership Manager

Open is seeking a Partnership Manager to lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships with brands, venues, and communities. This high-ownership role involves owning the partnership pipeline end-to-end, from initial outreach and deal negotiation through activation and renewal, to expand the company's presence and drive revenue. The position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with internal teams to create meaningful collaborations that grow the audience and deepen the brand.
