The Partnerships Associate serves as the execution backbone for the partnerships function across Nysonian's brands, managing influencer and UGC creator relationships. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining organized pipelines, tracking creator performance, and handling routine communications and administrative tasks. The position ensures accurate record-keeping, contract processing, and deliverable tracking while escalating sensitive issues to senior leadership.
