Partnerships Team Lead

This role leads NordLayer’s partnerships function within the marketing department, focusing on podcast and influencer collaborations and other strategic partners. The position is responsible for setting and executing the overall partnerships strategy, managing a high-performing team, and aligning with internal marketing, product, design, and data stakeholders. It emphasizes data-driven decision-making and continuous experimentation with new channels and opportunities to drive sustainable user acquisition and business growth. The role is based in Warsaw within Nord Security’s B2B organization.
