Parts Coordinator

The Parts Coordinator manages incoming parts requisitions and maintains inventory levels within designated min/max thresholds. This role involves coordinating with the Maintenance Manager, mechanics, and suppliers to ensure timely parts delivery and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost. The position requires maintaining accurate records, organizing the parts room, and assisting with preventative maintenance programs.
