Parts Expert

The Parts Expert at Transwest is responsible for the retail, commercial, and industrial sales of transportation products and services to retail customers and the Service Department. This role requires excellent customer service, cross-selling, and effective communication with both clients and technicians to ensure accurate part orders and resolve any issues.
