Parts Manager

The Parts Manager leads all parts department operations across Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen brands, managing inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow to support three distinct service operations. This role drives parts department profitability by owning gross profit, fill rates, inventory turn, and obsolescence control while managing ordering and stocking decisions tailored to Alaska's logistics realities. The position requires developing and leading a parts team, maintaining OEM parts programs, and partnering with service management to align parts supply with service demand.
