Parts Manager

The Parts Manager oversees all parts department operations for Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen, managing inventory, staffing, vendor relationships, and daily workflow to support three distinct service operations. This role drives parts department profitability by owning gross profit, fill rates, inventory turn, and obsolescence control across all three brands. The position requires developing and leading a parts team while maintaining strong OEM and vendor relationships to ensure parts availability and program optimization.
