Parts Manager

The Parts Manager supervises the Parts, Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, and associated sales positions to ensure departmental profitability and positive team dynamics. This role involves training and coaching staff on processes, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing inventory management and control systems. The position is also responsible for developing and implementing standard procedures for ordering, receiving, documenting, displaying, selling, and restocking merchandise.
