The Parts Specialist provides high-level service to retail and installer customers in an O’Reilly Auto Parts store, supporting store management and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role includes answering phone inquiries, accurately looking up and pricing parts, processing transactions and returns, and assisting with stocking and inventory tasks. The position may involve performing basic in-store automotive services and occasional deliveries as required.
