This part-time position is designed for Human Resources students to engage with various People Experience subsystems and participate in a Business Partner-based management model. The role involves collaborating with the local People Experience team on selection, training, leadership, and culture processes while supporting HR excellence in manufacturing. The intern will execute projects that enhance employee experience and apply theoretical knowledge through practical application.
