Passenger Assistant

Passenger Assistants work as part of a team with drivers to provide safe, door-to-door community transport services for vulnerable individuals and pupils with special educational needs. The role involves assisting passengers to and from the minibus, ensuring their safety and security during journeys, and maintaining professional communication with families and school authorities. Full training is provided to support these responsibilities.
