Passenger Services Representative (PSR)

The Passenger Services Representative works under the direction of the Passenger Services Lead, maintaining the ability to perform duties in onboard passenger services, customer service, and operations monitoring. The role involves varied shifts that coincide with train schedules, including early morning and late evening hours, with split shifts requiring travel between Stockton and San Jose. The position requires physical stamina for continuous standing and walking during train trips, as well as providing backup support during staff vacancies.
