Pasteurizer PA

The Pasteurizer PA is responsible for strictly adhering to all food safety, quality assurance, and GMP policies during the processing of dairy products. This role involves ensuring all known pathogens are pasteurized and the product is homogenized while running and maintaining pasteurization units, homogenizers, and batching equipment. The position requires monitoring the dairy production process, following Standard Operating Procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Employees will also be responsible for equipment sanitation, documentation, and supporting the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program.
