About this role
The Pastoral Associate implements the ministry program for a specific faith community within an Erickson Senior Living community, supporting residents' spiritual life and participating in community-wide outreach. The role operates under the Pastoral Ministries Manager and contributes to the continuity and stewardship of the faith community. This is a part-time position (24 hours/week) based at Oak Crest Village in Parkville, MD.
