Pastry Chef

American Cruise Lines is seeking a Pastry Chef to join its team for the 2026 season, responsible for creating a wide variety of desserts, baked goods, and confectionary work for guests and crew aboard its riverboats. The role requires culinary expertise, creativity in recipe development, and a strong aesthetic sense for food presentation to ensure exceptional dining experiences. This full-time position involves working 7 days a week for 6-8 week stretches while living onboard the vessel.
