Pastry Chef

The Pastry Chef works under the Resort Executive Chef to create exceptional pastry experiences for guests while maintaining an efficient operation. This role involves supervising, training, and developing the Pastry Team to ensure high standards of production, food safety, and creativity. The position also includes managing departmental financials, controlling food and labor costs, and overseeing all pastry-related banquet and restaurant operations.
