Pastry Cook - Winter 26/27

The Pastry Cook works directly with the Pastry Chef to meet the daily operational needs of the bakery department, including prepping food items, baking, and operating kitchen equipment. This role ensures safe operation of kitchen equipment, executes recipes, follows pars, and maintains sanitation procedures in accordance with state and federal health code requirements. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and involves handling various food products and potential exposure to extreme conditions.
