A Patent Agent with an advanced degree in medicinal or organic chemistry will join the Intellectual Property – Patent Prosecution team to handle patent-related matters, including prosecution, freedom-to-operate analysis, and due diligence. The role involves assessing scientific literature, drafting patent applications, and responding to USPTO rejections while collaborating with attorneys and clients. The position requires strong scientific expertise and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both scientific and non-scientific audiences.
