About this role
The Patent Agent/Junior IP Counsel at SCIEX supports the company’s life sciences and biotechnology activities by managing and developing its patent portfolio and providing IP guidance. The role partners with research scientists, engineers and the IP legal team to support innovation, freedom-to-operate and landscape analyses. This is an on-site position based in Concord, Ontario, Canada or Marlborough, MA (reports to Senior Intellectual Property Counsel).
