Patent Agent

Nielsen is seeking a non-attorney patent agent to join its Intellectual Property Team and work alongside engineers and data scientists to develop a world-class patent portfolio. The role involves drafting patent applications, prosecuting applications in the United States and foreign jurisdictions, and assisting in developing patent strategies to protect Nielsen's business and intellectual property. This fully remote position focuses on technologies related to audience measurement, media recognition, and data science methodologies.
