The Patent Counsel, M&A provides specialist patent, IP, and transaction support for innovation-related M&A, licensing, and IP acquisition activities within the Innovation Legal team. This role integrates category patent expertise into target assessments, due diligence, and negotiation strategies while managing external counsel and ensuring high-quality risk analysis. The position serves as the primary interface between Innovation Legal and Group M&A for patent and IP issues across global transactions.
