Patent Litigation Counsel – Technology, Aerospace & Industrials Focus

A Mid-Level Patent Litigation Counsel role supporting technology and industrial/aerospace patent litigation matters within Axiom’s legal network. The position is best suited for attorneys with hands-on patent litigation experience and a strong technical background who can operate with moderate independence. The role involves working with in-house legal teams, engineers, technical experts, and outside counsel to align litigation strategy with business objectives. The hire will also support expert discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and settlement/licensing considerations.
