Patent Prosecution Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Patent Attorney with at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience to join a leading global law firm's Intellectual Property and Technology practice. The role involves handling sophisticated patent matters, including U.S. and international prosecution strategies, patent opinions, and broader intellectual property counseling. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in biology, biochemistry, or a related field, with additional experience in software patents being a plus.
