Pathologist Assistant

The Pathologist Assistant independently performs or assists in the accessioning, dissection, and histologic sampling of surgical specimens under the supervision of a pathologist. This role involves providing intraoperative pathology support, managing specimen storage and retention, and serving as a communication liaison among pathology, physicians, and clinical departments. The position ensures quality and operational excellence through adherence to regulatory compliance and QA/QC standards.
