Pathway Worker – Central Intake Service (CIS)

The Pathway Worker serves as a culturally safe first point of contact for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, providing both phone-based triage and face-to-face drop-in support. This role involves conducting intake and risk assessments to connect clients with appropriate services, advocacy, and housing information across the Northern Territory. The position is based in Alice Springs with occasional travel to partner sites and flexible outreach settings.
