About this role
The Patient Access Advocate I performs primary registration for patients at the time of service, ensuring accurate demographic, insurance, and billing information is captured. This role supports patient flow by verifying eligibility, collecting point-of-service payments, and providing customer service and wayfinding to patients and visitors. The position is PRN and based onsite at the Revered Hugh Cooper Administrative Center in Albuquerque.
