Patient Access Advocate I

The Patient Access Advocate I provides primary registration of patient accounts for self-pay, government, and commercial accounts during scheduled and unscheduled visits. This role involves performing registration functions, verifying insurance, collecting point-of-service liabilities, and ensuring accurate documentation within the ADT system. The position requires providing exceptional customer service to patients and families while confirming account accuracy for clean billing.
