Patient Access Associate

The Patient Access Associate is responsible for entering patients into the system, determining medical triage urgency, and validating medical record accuracy to ensure quality patient care and safety. This role involves completing emergency room, outpatient, and inpatient registrations to obtain accurate demographic and financial data for proper reimbursement. The position also requires supporting financial assistance policies for the uninsured and collecting time-of-service dollars.
