Patient Access Associate

The Patient Access Associate assists in providing access to hospital services by handling patient pre-registration and registration with a high degree of accuracy. This role involves obtaining patient demographics and third-party information, performing financial collections, and serving as a liaison between ancillary departments. The position also includes acting as the hospital switchboard operator and dispatcher for emergent situations.
