Patient Access Clerk

The Patient Access Clerk greets, registers, and collects insurance co-pay and payments for Livingston HealthCare/Urgent Care patients. The role involves answering and triaging incoming phone calls, delivering messages to departments and clinicians, and maintaining patient confidentiality. This position requires flexibility to work in multiple areas throughout the facility while providing excellent customer service.
