Patient Access Department Supervisor

The Patient Access Department Supervisor supports the Market Manager in directing daily activities of the Patient Access Department, ensuring timely and appropriate patient arrival and overseeing scheduling, prior authorization, financial clearance, and registration processes. This role provides leadership, training, and performance management for staff, monitors key performance indicators, and contributes to revenue cycle objectives while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.
